This public presentation was part of a seminar called Towards a better Future; Dialogue, Negotiation, Collaboration and Participation held as part of the MA Art in Public at Interface in the University of Ulster. There were three separate presentations on the day of which Fiona Whelan and Rialto Youth Project was one. This presentation exploring the complexities of collaboration, offered four different voices from a long term collaborative practice between Artist, Youth Workers and young people in Rialto with contributions from Jim Lawlor; Manager of Rialto Youth Project, Fiona Whelan; Artist, Jamie Hendrick; young person and Gillian O' Connor; Youth Worker.(transcript coming soon)

14 months later, this second public talk focused on the long term dialogical practice of Artist Fiona Whelan with the Rialto Youth Project, specifically exploring the collaborative relationships during the development stage of this project and the realisation of research into the form of a live event. This talk began firstly with the context being set by Jim Lawlor; Manager of the Rialto Youth Project, which is then followed by three different perspectives of their collaborative practice by Artist Fiona Whelan, young adult Jamie Hendrick and finally Youth Worker Gillian O’ Connor. This is followed by questions and answers and discussion with the audience. (video and transcript coming soon)
